Proliance Surgeons is seeking a Manager of Benefits and Leave of Absence to operationalize benefits and LOA programs, ensure compliance, and elevate teammate experience. The role reports to the VP of Human Resources, with Associate Business Partner team members, and begins as a 6-month contract with potential conversion.
