• Strategic HR leadership for a core business unit in a remote-first tech environment.
• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals.

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, and offboarding.
• Implement HR policies, workforce planning, and engagement initiatives.
• Monitor HR metrics like turnover, payroll budgets, and employee satisfaction.

• At least 4 years of HR BP or HR Director experience in international tech companies.
• Strong analytics, project management, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory.
