People Operations Manager; Fully Remote

• Manage payroll, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, and policy administration for Nakamoto Inc.
• Support equity award administration, tax withholding, and compliance for a publicly traded company.
• Collaborate with subsidiary companies to standardize and optimize HR processes.

• 3+ years of HR or people operations experience, with payroll experience especially preferred.
• Hands-on experience with multi-state payroll, Rippling or comparable HRIS, and benefits administration.
• Strong attention to detail, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to build structure.
• Base salary targeted between $90,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
• Eligible for equity and cash performance bonuses.
• Full-time employees receive healthcare benefits and will be eligible for 401(k) participation once available.
