Recruitment Coordinator Ontario

Coordinate recruitment across Ontario with resume sourcing, candidate tracking, and professional communication. This position supports Canadian and U.S. hiring processes.

The Recruitment Coordinator supports New Hire Recruitment alongside the Recruitment Manager and Recruiters. You will maintain postings, coordinate interviews, review assessments, and administer background checks. The work covers call center recruiting, support staff recruitment, site hiring, and home-based initiatives.

• Maintain position postings across recruiting initiatives
• Source and review resumes for open positions
• Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates
• Communicate with candidates by email and phone
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports

• Located in Ontario, Canada
• Previous recruitment experience required
• Strong Microsoft Office and PC skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Professional written and verbal English communication
