• Consult with hiring managers to assess workforce needs
• Develop sourcing strategies and facilitate requisition fulfillment
• Review resumes using candidate assessment techniques
• Monitor requisition progress and coordinate interviews
• Support timecard, expense, invoicing, and bill-rate processes

• Two or more years of relevant experience
• Recruitment or temporary labor experience
• Proficiency with MS Office, internet, and VMS tools
• Beeline administration and configuration understanding
• Bachelor’s degree, business or human resources certification, or equivalent
