** Key Position Details:
*** 1.0 FTE (80 hours per two-week pay period)
* 8-hour day shift
* No weekends
* Remote position; must reside within commuting distance of Allina Commons in Minneapolis, MN
* Occasional onsite presence required for events, approximately a handful of times per year

* Job Description:

** Leads a team that provides overall administrative support for the recruitment process, including interview scheduling and pre-employment administration. A key responsibility is to drive continuous improvement of the recruitment experience while maintaining operational efficiency. As a leader of this team, the position is responsible for the new hire and onboarding experience; monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) and providing day-to-day direction and guidance to employees responsible for support and coordination of new hire process to ensure a smooth, positive and seamless experience for candidates and new hires.

** Principle Responsibilities
*** People Management  + Maintains engagement of team through staff development, team activities, and flexibility.  + Provides active coaching and training to meet established standards.  + Recruits, interviews, hires and on-boards new talent acquisition coordinators.  + Ensures staff is consistently executing talent acquisition processes, using health care management technology, case management, and telephony as applicable.  + Ensures staff is properly equipped to assist candidates and new hires in navigating the portal.
* Operations  + Manages performance of center through service level agreement (SLA) data, staff performance, and volumes.  + Understands and is able to communicate human resources policies, processes, and procedures.  + Responds to escalated employee requests and provide guidance to employees and managers on talent acquisition related inquiries.  + Leads the logistics and implementation of interview scheduling, new employee orientation program, including creating new hire packets, I-9 completion, distribution of materials and more on a weekly basis.
* Project Management  + Recognizes continuous improvement opportunities and provide insight to talent acquisition services leader.  + Coordinates and integrates with other functions and external parties.
* Other duties as assigned.  
** Required Qualifications
*** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
* 5+ years in Human Resources, recruiting/talent management, preferably
* 0 to 2 years of leadership experience in a highly complex and/or unionized environment
