This role is a people leader and subject matter expert responsible for leading, developing and scaling a team of Client HR Partners supporting the Elevate client portfolio. This role ensures the delivery of quality, compliant, and consultative HR services across the full employee lifecycle while maintaining strong alignment to service agreements, organizational standards, client satisfaction, and retention. The Manager serves as an escalation point for complex or high-risk situations, translating HR strategy into consistent scalable execution, and driving operational excellence across the service delivery model.

This position balances leadership, operational oversight, and strategic consultation to enhance client outcomes, mitigate risk, and strengthen overall HR effectiveness.

• Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of Client HR Partners ensuring consistent application of HR best practices and service standards.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, case reviews, and skill-based coaching focused on employee relations, compliance judgment, and client advisory effectiveness. Identify skills gaps and training needs through trend analyses; partner with key stakeholders to implement development solutions.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ramp up of new Client HR Partners, with emphasis on consultative mindset, risk-based HR guidance and effective book of business management.
