Senior Talent Acquisition Partner SaaS

Lead full-cycle recruiting and AI-enabled hiring for Liferaft, with Halifax hybrid or remote work available across Canada’s Eastern and Atlantic time zones.

As Liferaft’s dedicated talent acquisition expert, you will own hiring across GTM, Engineering, Product & Innovation, and G&A. Reporting to the Director, People & Culture, you will also build employee lifecycle programs. The role combines recruitment, onboarding, learning, recognition, and retention in a scaling B2B SaaS company.

• Own recruitment from intake and scoping through offers and closing
• Build pipelines, structured interviews, scorecards, and workforce planning data
• Administer Workable, reporting, templates, metrics, and candidate records
• Build AI workflows for sourcing, screening, research, and analysis
• Own onboarding, learning, recognition, retention, and employer brand programs

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• At least 3 years recruiting within B2B SaaS
• 20+ annual quality hires across multiple functions
• Technical hiring experience across engineering, data, AI/ML, product, and design
• Hands-on ATS administration and practical AI implementation experience
