Remote Executive Search Specialist

Our client, a distinguished global Recruitment Consultancy , is expanding its remote workforce and seeks an exceptional Remote Executive Search Specialist to join their team. This position is fundamentally a remote-first role, allowing you to leverage your expertise from anywhere within Durban, Kwa Zulu-Natal, ZA or its surrounding regions. You will be instrumental in identifying and engaging C-suite and senior leadership talent for a diverse portfolio of international and national clients.

• Conduct in-depth market analysis and research to identify target companies and key individuals for executive searches.
• Develop and execute sophisticated search strategies to source high-caliber candidates for senior leadership positions.
• Engage directly with potential candidates through various channels, building rapport and assessing suitability for senior roles.
• Manage the entire executive search process, from initial client consultation and brief to candidate presentation and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain an extensive network of executive talent across various industries and functional areas.
• Provide clients with expert market intelligence, candidate feedback, and strategic advice on talent acquisition.
• Collaborate effectively with internal colleagues across different time zones in a fully remote setting.
• Ensure a seamless and confidential candidate journey, upholding the highest standards of professional conduct.

• A minimum of 6 years of dedicated experience in executive search, preferably within a global Recruitment Consultancy .
• Proven track record of successfully placing senior executives (e.g., CEO, CFO, CTO, VPs) in complex searches.
• Expertise in utilizing advanced sourcing tools, Linked In Recruiter, and other digital platforms for executive talent identification.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and persuasive skills, with the ability to engage effectively at the C-suite level.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote work environment.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of various industries and functional disciplines.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related discipline is required; an MBA is a plus.
• Must be based in or able to work from Durban, Kwa Zulu-Natal, ZA , with reliable internet connectivity.
