Thrivin is a fast-growing women's active wear brand with a global remote team. We are seeking a People Operations Coordinator to run HiBob, manage employee and contractor lifecycle, and uphold compliant, scalable processes as we grow beyond 80 people.
Reporting to the Head of People, you will own onboarding, payroll inputs for the UK, and maintain accurate HR records while delivering a great candidate experience and lifecycle support across time zones.
