Regulatory Compliance Specialist, HR Manager
CAI is seeking an HR Compliance Manager to lead our HR compliance program, policy ownership, and risk management. This role partners with HR and legal to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws across a multi-state workforce, including AI-related risks as we transform HR with technology.
The position will be remote and full-time, reporting to executive leadership, with responsibility for audits, reporting, and training to keep CAI audit-ready and compliant.
