• Build trusted relationships with client hiring managers
• Forecast labor needs and communicate candidate pool requirements
• Match candidates to open job orders or schedules
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training for new hires
• Resolve associate and client questions, concerns, and issues

• Minimum two to three years of staffing experience
• High school diploma required
• Bilingual English and French communication skills
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to work remotely in Canada
