Role Overview:
Build Seamless Employee Journeys

• Design and optimize digital employee experiences using behavioral data and performance metrics
• Build frameworks for remote-first onboarding, talent development, and feedback cycles
• Integrate HR technologies like Workday, BambooHR, or SAP Success Factors with modern collaboration tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Asana
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify friction points in the talent lifecycle and propose automated solutions
• Analyze talent engagement data to improve experience design across touchpoints continuously
• Support the implementation of tools that promote skill-based growth, mentorship, and DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging)
• Deliver monthly reports and strategic recommendations to People Leaders based on real-time metrics
• Work closely with Learning & Development to enhance digital learning paths and access
• Recommend tools that empower self-service, transparency, and personalization in the talent experience
