Vice President, Human Resources - Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Human Resources to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This executive will shape and drive the overall people strategy for a geographically dispersed, multi-site organization operating in demanding, around-the-clock environments. The role will partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership to align workforce priorities with operational and financial goals.

Success in this position will require building scalable HR practices, strengthening organizational design, and helping foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, engagement, and safety.

Location:

Remote

Compensation: $210,000 – $230,000 annually

• Develop and execute an integrated HR strategy aligned with operational and financial objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership on workforce strategy and organizational design.
• Build scalable HR practices for a geographically dispersed, multi-site organization.
• Drive a high-performance, safety-focused culture built on accountability and engagement.
• Leverage workforce analytics to improve staffing and operational outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in complex, multi-site environments.
• Experience in 24/7 operations and mission-critical environments such as facilities management and healthcare.
• Strong background in talent development, employee relations, and organizational design.
• Proven ability to influence executives and lead in a matrixed organization.
