Remote Account Manager - Construction

Diamond Peak Recruiting partners with leading Mechanical, Electrical, and Commercial construction firms across the country, placing top management-level talent — Project Managers, Estimators, Superintendents, Division Managers, and Project Executives.

We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced Account Manager to run a full desk: developing client relationships, filling their most important roles, and building a book of business you own. This is a client-facing, relationship-driven role for a recruiter who enjoys both winning new business and delivering great candidates.

What the Role Looks Like

• Build and grow relationships with construction firms across the country
• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and priorities
• Manage searches end to end, from kickoff to placement
• Source, engage, and guide candidates through the interview process
• Own your book of business and keep it growing

Success here comes from strong communication, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through.

What Makes Someone a Fit

• 2+ years of agency recruiting experience
• Experience managing both client and candidate relationships (a full desk)
• Comfort building relationships and developing new business
• A track record of building a pipeline and making placements
• Experience in construction, engineering, or a related technical field is a strong plus
