The People Experience Specialist plays a key role in supporting Revolut employees and creating a seamless, high-quality employee experience.

As a People Experience Specialist (Revolut), you will:

• Act as the main contact for all employee events in India
• Plan, organise, and execute events from start to finish
• Assist in delivering global onboarding for new employees
• Coordinate with external vendors and People teams globally
• Help the People Experience team meet KPIs
• Work on projects to improve employee engagement
• Support the company’s recognition & reward programmes
• Suggest and implement ideas to enhance employee experience
• Identify cost‑saving methods where possible
• Manage the Employee Engagement Service Desk

• Proven experience in a similar people experience
