Description:
- Build sales candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, events, and online postings.
- Execute recruiting strategies that meet hiring manager expectations and staffing plans.
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle and serve as a candidate ambassador.
- Assess candidate skill levels and prioritize candidates and roles to meet hiring needs.
- Lead the offer process, including negotiation, offer letter generation, presentation, and closing.
- Deliver a consistently positive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to provide strategic insight and ongoing updates on staffing needs.
- 10+ years of sales recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment using a range of recruiting tactics and programs.
- Experience recruiting technical talent.
- Experience managing a full recruiting cycle.
- Ability to build strong relationships and manage expectations with candidates and hiring managers.
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize candidates and roles against hiring needs.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work with urgency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with tact and diplomacy.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system.
- Remote contract position.
- Hourly pay range of $85–$100 per hour, with final rate based on skills, experience, and location.
