Convo Communications is seeking an HR Generalist, Payroll & Operations to join our global People & Culture team. You will manage payroll for the United States and Canada, support corporate People Operations, and enhance HR processes to improve the employee experience.
You'll partner with leadership and Finance on reconciliations, regulatory compliance, onboarding/offboarding, and HRIS data integrity, while coaching managers on performance, attendance, and workplace policies.
