HR Manager, HRIS Specialist
Launch Darkly is seeking an individual contributor to own HR systems, People analytics, and AI tooling, reporting to the Director of People Programs. You will partner with People Ops, Finance, and business leaders to turn data into action.
You will manage HRIS, ATS, performance, compensation, and learning platforms, build reports on headcount, hiring, retention, engagement, and compensation, and use AI tools to accelerate analysis and create clear data stories for leaders.
