Lead Talent Acquisition Partner
Contract - 6 months
Remote
Pay: $55-70/hr.
Must Haves:- Minimum 5-7 years of technical recruiting experience, particularly supporting Software Engineering and other technical roles.
- Strong full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively source and engage passive candidates for niche or senior-level technical positions.
- Experience recruiting within software, SaaS, cloud, or similar technology environments.
- Corporate/in-house recruiting experience.
- Experience supporting Product Management, Engineering, and Global Security recruiting.
- Familiarity with Eightfold, Linked In Recruiter, Talent Neuron, and applicant tracking systems.
