About the Role:

• Support the Recruiting Operations team during a busy period of hiring growth.
• Focus on high-volume interview scheduling, administrative coordination, and candidate communications.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule high-volume interviews across multiple teams and time zones.
• Act as main point of contact for candidates and manage calendar changes.
• Keep candidate records up to date in Ashby and track interviewer participation.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or similar administrative role.
• Strong calendar management skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with remote-first environment and tools like Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace.
