This role will support for our SAP B1 and related systems for HYTORC to ensure that the software is operational and functional. The core responsibilities will include end user support, documentation, training and other related system tasks. This position will report directly to the SAP Systems Manager.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Providing primary support, training and written instructions for our user base including How-To Documentation and/or videos.
• Onboarding new users across multiple applications and working with them one on one providing an introduction to HYTORC’s business systems.
• Learning table structures and relationships of all database products are integral to the operation of B1 and Resolv Mobile.
• Documenting and analyzing business processes and procedures as they relate to B1
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of HYTORC’s business processes.
• Providing implementation and support services during installations, upgrades and customizations.
• Maintain and validate data/reports through mechanisms available within B1 SSRS, Excel Report Builder, and Crystal Reports.
• Participate and contribute to various special projects and special assignments.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This position will not be supervising any other employees at this time. However, the position does require the Individual to be personable and team-oriented.

Education/Experience Required

• 3+ years experience with SAP B1 or equivalent ERP
• Preferably experience with a WMS software solution, (products like Highjump or Resolv)
• Experience with Manufacturing operations is a plus
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business (Accounting) and/or Information Systems degree
• Any experience with writing queries with SQL Server is a plus. Knowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts (relational and dimensional)
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve success within a consulting environment

Computer Skills Necessary

• ERP Software Experience
• Microsoft SQL Server Query Analysis
• Microsoft Office Applications

Physical Demands/Requirements

Primarily sedentary role requiring extended periods of sitting, frequent use of computers, and regular communication. Must possess strong analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

• Working in high-energy office environment with several ongoing projects.

Travel

• Occasional visits to warehouse areas and remote offices are necessary in order to provide support to all users within the company. There is a reasonable level of expectation for travel at least 20% of the time.
