We’re looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to strengthen our Project Management team. In this role, you will take direct ownership of projects and teams, ensuring smooth and successful delivery. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end project execution, client satisfaction, and expectation management. It will be crucial for us that you make sure everything is delivered as planned – on time, on budget, and in line with agreed objectives.

• Managing and coordinating the activities of the IT project team (Engineers, Analysts, Testers)
• Creating project strategies and reporting on progress
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring efficient use of resources
• Managing the project budget by tracking expenses and costs to ensure business objectives are met as planned
• Ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders
• Maintaining high project quality and delivering the necessary IT-side project documentation

• Knowledge of the full lifecycle of IT project delivery
• Strong time management and sense of responsibility
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
• Solid organizational skills
• Fast learner with a proactive attitude
• Experience working with external clients
• Nice to have: familiarity with processes related to implementing machine learning solutions
• Nice to have: experience working in a Scrum environment
