Role Overview

BELAY is hiring experienced marketing professionals for its fully remote Marketing Assistant contractor network. This flexible opportunity allows you to work with clients across industries while managing your own schedule. If you have experience in at least 75% of the listed responsibilities, you’re encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit blog posts, emails, social media content, and sales materials
• Manage content calendars and develop lead magnets
• Grow and engage audiences on Facebook, Linked In, and Instagram
• Create email campaigns and manage segmented lists using Mailchimp
• Edit short-form videos and audio clips for social media or online courses
• Design branded visuals using Canva or similar tools
• Assist with CRM workflows, data management, and reporting
• Coordinate tasks using project management tools
• Research and manage vendor relationships for paid media and tech services
• Optimize content for SEO and conduct keyword research
• Moderate online communities and manage podcast outreach and publishing
• Set up and manage online courses and webinars

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in social media management and content strategy
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Buffer, and Google Analytics
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with digital marketing best practices and legal guidelines

Contractor Requirements

• Must be available Monday through Friday during business hours
• Reliable home office setup with computer, smartphone, and stable internet
• Comfortable using multiple marketing platforms and tools
• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state (excluding CA, CO, MT, NJ, NY, PA)

Application Process
