Tempo was created to simplify the ISO 27001 audit experience for startups. Founder and CEO, Rob, saw how old‑school audit bodies were slow and didn’t match the pace of technology companies. Tempo is 100% remote, UK‑based, and looking for its first full‑time in‑house information security auditor.

• Passion for technology, specifically information security and AI (you don’t need to already be a qualified auditor).

• Excellent written and spoken English, communication and interpersonal skills to manage audits and build relationships with clients.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidence managing time and client expectations.

You’ll be trained as an information security and AI auditor, developing specialist skills in ISO 27001 and ISO 42001. After training you will manage clients’ audits end‑to‑end, interviewing leadership teams of tech and AI startups across Europe and the world, gathering evidence, preparing reports, and giving your certification opinion.

• Receive valuable training and develop expertise in hot certifications that give you valuable skills.
• Own the full audit lifecycle for clients after training, delivering audits autonomously.
• Help Tempo develop and improve our processes, constantly evolving as an early‑stage company.

• Fluent English (UK / EU)
• Professional education or university‑level training.
• 0.5–2 years of experience in IT and/or information security; AI experience is a strong additional benefit.
• Ability to work on UK or CET time zones, even if based outside.

• Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 GBP
• 100% remote work
