Overview
Haystack is hiring a Customer Success Lead to join its remote-first team in the UK. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role focused on onboarding, data operations, customer engagement, and AI-driven process innovation. With only two in-person days per month in Dorset, this position offers high autonomy and the chance to shape customer success strategy in a fast-scaling SaaS environment.

You’ll lead customer onboarding, manage structured pricing data, and drive customer engagement. You’ll also play a key role in embedding AI tools into support, marketing, and operations to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Responsibilities Customer Success- Onboard new partners and users
- Build strong, empathetic relationships with clients
- Translate feedback into product insights
- Create support content, templates, and AI-powered knowledge bases
- Analyze user data to identify trends and improve the customer journey
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance data capture and reporting
- Input, test, and verify complex pricing data
- Ensure data accuracy and usability for platform performance
- Improve internal data processes using AI for validation and error-checking
- Build dashboards to monitor customer health and engagement
- Craft product messaging and engagement strategies
- Support creation of decks, guides, newsletters, and digital content
- Coordinate marketing campaigns using AI tools for content and targeting
- 2–3+ years in a Customer Success or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in SaaS onboarding, operations, or marketing
- Proficiency with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, CRM platforms, and AI assistants
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
- Interest in technology, marketplaces, or travel-related products
