• Plan, set up, implement, monitor, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and search trend analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Write and test ad copy to enhance click-through and conversion rates
• Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies to ensure efficiency and maximum ROI
• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to marketing leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field—or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of experience managing paid search (SEM) campaigns in eCommerce or retail
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including Shopping and Performance Max
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Excel/Google Sheets
• Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize campaign performance

• Experience managing large-scale or high-budget search campaigns
• Knowledge of Google Shopping feeds or PLA management
• Familiarity with automation tools, scripts, or APIs for optimization
• Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising certifications
• Experience with UX, landing page optimization, or SEO collaboration
