Job Title: Service Now Developer
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6+ Months
Experience: 8-10+ Years
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Service Now Developer with strong hands‑on expertise in telecom‑specific modules such as OMT, ITOM, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, and SOMT
, along with Integration Hub and Flow Designer
.
You will design, configure, and implement Service Now solutions to support telecom operations, automation, and data integration initiatives.
- Configure and customize Service Now Telecom modules
: OMT, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT. - Develop flows, integrations, and automations using Integration Hub and Flow Designer
. - Collaborate with architects and business teams to gather and translate requirements into scalable Service Now solutions.
- Implement data migration and CMDB enhancements aligned with telecom service models.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshoot defects, and ensure high‑quality deployments.
- Contribute to governance, version control, and release management activities.
- Work within Agile/Scrum environments to deliver iterative enhancements.
Skills & Experience:
- 8-10+ years of Service Now development experience
. - Strong hands‑on experience with telecom modules (OMT, ITOM, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT).
- Expertise in Integration Hub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs
. - Knowledge of Service Now data model, workflows, and CMDB structures
. - Proficient in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Glide APIs
. - Understanding of ITIL / ITSM processes.
- Service Now certifications (CSA, CAD required; CIS preferred).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience working in Telecom domain implementations or OSS/BSS integrations
. - Familiarity with Discovery, Orchestration, and Event Management
. - Knowledge of Performance Analytics and Predictive Intelligence
.
