KLDiscovery, one of the largest national eDiscovery providers, is currently seeking attorneys licensed in any U.S. jurisdiction to serve as Document Reviewers. This project-based role involves reviewing documents for complex litigation matters using an electronic review platform, coding for relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege.

• Remote work-from-home opportunity in North Dakota, United States
• Pay rate: $28 per hour
• Duration varies from 1 week to 6 months (possible longer)
• Flexible scheduling – minimum 40 hours per week; 7 AM–7 PM Monday–Thursday, 7 AM–5 PM Friday
• Overtime may be available based on project demands

• Reside in North Dakota
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing with the bar
• Experience electronically reviewing documents in complex litigation, using platforms such as Nebula and Relativity (preferred)
• Experience coding for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege (preferred)
• Experience with quality control and preparation of privilege and redaction logs (desired)
• Secure home office with high‑speed internet; computer running Windows 10/11 or Mac Ventura 13, Sonoma 14, Sequoia 15 or newer
• Phone or tablet with Apple OS 16+ or Android OS 16+
• Proficiency in modern technology and remote work equipment
• Strong attention to detail, prioritization, critical thinking, and ability to retain complex instructions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
