Our team leads complex ELV, ICT, and IT design projects across multiple campuses, integrating systems that enhance safety, communication, and operational efficiency.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented design professional to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology design and integration, with a strong foundation in structured cabling, access control, and IT systems.

• Design and document ELV systems including:
  Access control (wired and wireless: Salto, Sargent).
• Video surveillance (Genetec, ALPR systems).
• Intercom systems.
• Structured cabling and fiber infrastructure.
• Develop IT and ICT designs for:
  Microsoft Teams Phone;
  Cisco CUCM/CUC/IMP and Webex platforms;
  Analog voice gateway integrations;
  Emergency alert systems.
• Create and maintain CSI Master Format specifications (Divisions 27 & 28).
• Produce detailed drawings, schematics, and as-built documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
• Support RFP development and proposal evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare facility standards (NFPA, HIPAA, UL).

• Required:
  
  RCDD Certification (BICSI).
• 5+ years of experience in ELV/ICT/IT design, preferably in healthcare or senior living.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or Bluebeam.
• Familiarity with Genetec, Salto, Sargent, Cisco, and Microsoft Teams Phone.
• Strong understanding of building automation protocols and system interoperability.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

• CTS (AVIXA).
• Genetec Certified.
• Cisco CCNA/CCNP.
• Salto/Sargent manufacturer training.
