Position Overview: The Manager, Digital Products role is a hands-on, functional leader within the ZS Digital Product team. You will work with clients and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize digital products and solutions that drive business outcomes. You will focus on understanding client needs, shaping product strategies, and delivering digital products—from discovery through execution and go-to-market.

You will be accountable for leading large digital products and programs for clients in healthcare, payers, providers, and Life Sciences.

This is a leadership role contributing to building the Product Management function within the Product Management practice across mentoring, continuous improvement of our methods and toolkit, client thought leadership, and business development (proposals, RFPs).

We are looking for candidates who are boundary-spanners and critical thinkers who can lead execution across all phases of the product lifecycle.

• Set and drive product strategy
• Establish and align the product vision, roadmap, and priorities with business and client objectives, ensuring scalability and strategic fit
• Guide teams through structured discovery processes to validate opportunities and align solutions with business needs
• Lead product execution and delivery
• Oversee product lifecycle management from ideation to build, bringing together business, user, and technical needs
• Ensure product requirements are translated into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs
• Define success metrics and drive accountability for outcomes
• Stakeholder management and communication
• Act as primary liaison between clients and ZS cross-functional teams to align on product goals
• Communicate product vision, roadmap progress, and insights to leadership and clients with clear storytelling
• Facilitate executive and cross-functional meetings to drive clarity and prioritization
• Mentorship, team leadership, and capability building
• Provide coaching and mentorship to product team members and support their skill development and career growth
• Help establish and evangelize best practices in product management across client and ZS
• Drive a product-led, customer-centric culture in the work we do
• Market and innovation leadership
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies
• Contribute to thought leadership on product management topics, client impact studies and transformation to the product model
• Guide teams in leveraging AI, data, and automation to enhance our offerings

• Bachelor's Degree;
  Master’s Degree highly desired or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of experience in product management or similar functions
• Experience working in a client-facing, consulting environment with Life sciences, Payers, or Providers
• High energy level with strong facilitation, verbal and written communication skills; strong organization, project management and prioritization
• Ability to travel as needed
