• 3-5+ years of experience in an analytics role, particularly with SaaS products
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL, including multi-table joins and aggregations
• Experience integrating data from various systems to develop a unified customer lifecycle view
• Strong communication skills to convey complex business logic and design recommendations
• Ability to thrive in a fully remote organization with effective collaboration skills

• Experience with business intelligence tools, particularly Tableau
• A positive and solution-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with data sources such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and Marketo
