We are looking for a Microsoft Biz Apps Technology Consultant to further expand our Microsoft practice within EY Belgium
.

• Analyze client business needs and processes in areas regarding finance and/or supply chain.
• Capture and translate business needs into functional specification
• Understand customer goals and challenges and map those back to Microsoft solutions
• Develop a high degree of Microsoft product knowledge with the eagerness to learn other solutions
• Understand the technical capabilities of the solution
• You will assist customers in the decision-making process
• Actively share product and functional knowledge within the team
• Participate in presales activities and product demonstrations
• Coordinate project sub-streams across competencies from blueprint to go-live by applying project management techniques as well as technical and business knowledge to ensure that high-quality results are obtained for all our clients.

• Master’s degree within finance/economics or IT
• Hands-on experience with the Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
  , Customer Services and / or Case Management
• 2 to 5 years of working experience
• You have either relevant Microsoft certifications or you are willing to achieve the certificate in the near future
• Willingness to work at the customer site within Belgium. Travel might be required, depending on customer needs.
• Languages:
  
  English and Dutch / French is a must.
