We are seeking a Sales Technical Solutions Engineer to bridge client needs and Baires Dev solutions, playing a critical role in the sales process by engaging leads and prospects, designing tailored technical solutions, and collaborating with sales and delivery teams to secure new business opportunities.

• Meet with leads and prospects alongside sales teams to understand and translate their requirements into documents.
• Travel to meet leads and attend events, serving as the technical expert in conversations.
• Engage in technical conversations around software development and delivery at the solution level.
• Work on generating proposals and recommendations for software delivery approaches.
• Provide consulting for best practices in software delivery.

• Ability to travel within the US.
• Experience working in software development.
• Experience in solutioning or technical sales roles.
• Experience in specific areas of the SDLC, building and implementing technology solutions.
• Experience leading technical teams.
• Experience with Cloud/Dev Ops/Infrastructure.
• Must be located in the US.
