Senior Consultant - Remote

• Provide expert consulting services related to Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM, and custom built extensions.
• Develop and implement custom solutions using SQL, C#, .NET, and other relevant programming languages.
• Create insightful reports using tools like Power BI and SSRS.
• Support Microsoft Dynamics 365, Office 365, SharePoint, Azure, and cloud migration projects.

• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, and related technologies.
• Strong programming skills, including SQL, X++, C#, and .NET.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and deliver results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for learning and continuous improvement.

• Ability to communicate effectively with analysts, developers, testers, management, and clients.
• Ability to clearly document own work products and review/contribute to the documentation across complex assignments
• Accountable for quality, completeness, and on-time delivery of an assigned project.
• Developing data strategy for complex assignments.
• A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise and find effective solutions;
• 5 plus years of related experience.
• Previously employed by MSP provider or consulting company or as part of an internal IT organization
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer/System Engineer or similar role within an IT environment;
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365, Office 365, SharePoint, and Azure platforms;
