Overview :

Role: Cloud Solutions Architect – AWS

Location:REMOTE

Experience: 12–15 years in IT with 4+ years in AWS solution architecture

Domain/Industry: Cloud Solutions & Digital Engineering

Engagement Type: Contract/FTE

• Design and maintain end-to-end cloud architecture for applications built on React front-end, Spring Boot microservices, and Aurora Postgre
  
  SQL.
• Define scalable, secure, and cost-optimized solutions leveraging AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, Cloud Front, Aurora, Cloud Watch, IAM, etc.).
• Partner with development, QA, and Dev Ops teams to embed cloud best practices into delivery pipelines (CI/CD with Jenkins and Git Hub).
• Implement observability solutions for monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
• Drive data and API integration strategies, ensuring alignment with security and compliance requirements.
• Explore and integrate Generative AI capabilities such as Amazon Textract, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude LLM, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, and solution governance across projects.
• Support product teams with cloud-native innovation, balancing speed-to-market with reliability and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12–15 years of IT experience, with at least 4+ years in AWS solution architecture.
• Expertise in Aurora Postgre
  
  SQL, Spring Boot microservices, and React-based applications on AWS.
• Hands-on experience with networking, security, IAM policies, scaling, and cost optimization in AWS.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git Hub repositories.
• Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS/EKS).
• Exposure to GenAI frameworks and services (Textract, Bedrock, Claude, RAG).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and solution presentation skills.
• Familiarity with API Gateway, Lambda, and serverless design patterns.
• Experience in Agile delivery models with a product-centric mindset.
• Prior experience integrating AI/ML models into enterprise applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional or Associate).
• Knowledge of the US Retirement domain (401(k), pensions, annuities, compliance systems).
