Are you looking for an opportunity to build market‑changing products? The Principal Product Manager, Audit AI role leads the delivery of end‑to‑end product experiences that revolutionize the financial statement audit process for U.S. tax & accounting professionals.
About the RoleAs Principal Product Manager, you will transform the audit workflow by harnessing AI and related technologies to create an automated, connected audit experience across our portfolio of award‑winning audit products. You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, Engineering, AI Labs, and Customer success teams to define strategy, build a product roadmap, and deliver products that delight tax, accounting, and audit professionals.
Responsibilities- Engage with customers to understand their needs and advocate the product vision within the organization.
- Refine product strategy, define and measure key product metrics, and continuously evaluate opportunities.
- Own the product backlog, prioritize features for maximum customer and business value, and drive cross‑functional delivery through agile practices.
- Act as the customer voice for engineering teams, ensuring alignment between product goals and execution.
- Lead product discovery and experimentation, especially around AI capabilities, to accelerate innovation in the audit space.
- Communicate product vision and progress across stakeholders at all levels, including executives, partners, and customers.
- 10+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in fintech or audit software.
- Deep understanding of GenAI and traditional ML, with a proven track record of shipping AI‑driven products at scale.
- Strong data analysis skills, experience with AI experimentation and performance optimization.
- Background in financial audit or related domains highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, influence, and relationship‑building abilities across cross‑functional teams.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience building tax & accounting SaaS products.
- High energy, collaborative approach to product delivery.
