Job SummaryWe are an established and growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) technology company. This role is based in Franklin, TN and requires onsite presence at customers, office, and remote work from home. Candidates should be available or soon to be located in TN.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Serve as the first line of technical service for all clients via remote connectivity and onsite visits.
- Support and potentially lead application and migration projects, including Microsoft Partner functions.
- Work with a variety of technologies:
Active Directory, Azure, AWS, Office 365, Exchange, Windows Server, System Center, Citrix, Windows deployments. - Recommend industry best‑practice solutions during onsite or remote interactions.
- Maintain exceptional client satisfaction; participate in daily team meetings and weekly service or project meetings.
- Follow all policies and procedures while delivering services to customers.
- Experience working for an MSP or managing a full environment independently.
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows, Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, AWS, and related administration tasks (firewalls, routers, desktop imaging, networking, group policy, Intune, System Center, Hyper‑V/VMware).
- Data protection strategy awareness and multi‑layered security stack management.
- Prioritization of service requests and escalations on a daily basis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Time‑management, independent work, professional demeanor, and punctuality.
- Drive for continuous learning – ability to acquire new skills at home or in office.
- Team collaboration and adaptability in a fast‑moving technology field.
- Leadership drive, integrity, teamwork, and self‑direction.
- Strong presentation, persuasive communication, and crisis tolerance.
- Critical thinking, analysis, and relationship building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools and documentation skills.

- Consult with clients to ensure satisfaction and follow‑up.
