Are you a tech‑savvy professional with a passion for ensuring seamless connectivity and robust IT infrastructure? We're looking for a Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure, reliable network services across our corporate and logistics operations.

Location: Minneapolis, MN (100% on‑site)

What does this job look like daily?

• Manage LAN/Multi‑Site WAN and virtualization environments using Cisco, Adtran routers, and HPE switches.
• Configure and troubleshoot Watchguard & Palo Alto Firewalls, SSL VPNs, and remote office VPN tunnels.
• Monitor LAN/WAN performance, troubleshoot application issues, and assist with system administration tasks.
• Lead network upgrades, patch management, and vendor communications for hardware and software.
• Create and update Visio diagrams, network policies, and security standards following best practices.
• Train IT staff on network tools and ensure thorough troubleshooting and configuration documentation.
• Participate in after‑hours rotations and travel occasionally to local and regional sites.

What do you need to do this job?

• Experience:
  • 3+ years of network management and security, local and wide area network infrastructure experience.
  • 5+ years in network infrastructure and vendor interaction is a plus!
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and independent working skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s in Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related IT field.
