Random Acts, a renowned nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting kindness and compassion around the world, is seeking a talented and experienced Data Analytics Specialist. Reporting to the Assistant Strategy Manager, the remote specialist coordinates the collection, centralization, and analysis of data on social media engagement, organic and ad-based website traffic, email marketing, fundraising, and in‑person supporter interactions.

• Centralize data from sources such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, SEMrush, Buffer, Brevo, and Random Acts’ CRM.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing, social media, fundraising, and events teams, and other departments, to schedule quarterly data submissions.
• Produce quarterly reports on reach, supporter engagement, and communication initiative performance.
• Analyze website traffic, email marketing, social media, and other metrics to identify trends and evaluate campaign success.
• Help shape the organization’s social media and SEO strategies.
• Participate in regular virtual team meetings and project‑based discussions to inform communication strategies and conduct impact assessments.

• 2‑3 years of experience in web‑based data analytics and/or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with website analytics and SEO tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
• Ability to convert raw data into clear spreadsheets, reports, and other presentation formats.
• Experience developing digital marketing and social media strategies, including demographic research and persona development.
• Passion and dedication toward Random Acts’ mission and goals.
• Collaboration skills within a global, diverse, and culturally rich team.
• Proficient written communication in English; additional language proficiency a plus.
• Effective time‑management skills, able to meet short deadlines.
• Commit to a minimum of 3‑4 hours per week.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate projects, evening, and weekend meetings.

This is a remote work position. Applicants must have reliable internet access and the motivation to dedicate their time to the organization.

The role is anticipated to take between 3‑4 hours per week.
