• Own the full spectrum of developer experience for both internal and external platforms
• Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for developer touchpoints including APIs, SDKs, and documentation
• Champion world-class developer experience ensuring quality and consistency at every interaction
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, security, legal, and marketing teams to build a thriving developer ecosystem
• Establish developer education programs and feedback loops to enhance product improvements

• 8+ years of product management experience, specifically in developer platforms or technical infrastructure
• Proven experience in building and scaling APIs, SDKs, and developer portals
• Deep technical fluency in API design, SDK development, and OAuth/authentication
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Hands‑on developer background with experience in integrating APIs and debugging SDK issues

• Experience in API‑first or platform companies such as Stripe, Twilio, or Shopify
• Background in managing both internal and external platforms
• Experience designing and running developer programs, including tiering and approval workflows
• Familiarity with SaaS/mobile/location-based services, particularly involving location data
• Expertise in developer tooling, including OpenAPI/Swagger and Postman
