What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Support a mix of Self-managed and  (SaaS) customers by resolving issues through various channels including Zendesk tickets and video conferencing
  • Collaborate with Product, Development, Infrastructure, Customer Success, and Sales teams to enhance features and address bugs
  • Create and update documentation based on customer interactions for better support
  • Participate in Pairing Sessions with Support team members to improve problem-solving and collaboration
  • Provide emergency support during weekday and weekend on-call rotations for Self-managed and SaaS customers
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Experience in managing customer-facing cases throughout the support lifecycle
  • Basic knowledge of Linux systems
  • Familiarity with scripting languages, preferably Ruby or Bash
  • Basic understanding of Git for version control
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical information to diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in a technical support role or similar field
  • Familiarity with issue tracking systems and customer support tools
  • Understanding of software development processes and methodologies
  • Experience in working with remote teams and distributed systems
  • Passion for technology and continuous learning
