As a UI/UX Designer, you will lead the design of high-quality interfaces for both B2B SaaS products and desktop applications. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting user research, and maintaining high design standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on B2B SaaS products and desktop applications
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard design
• Strong portfolio showcasing your work in both web-based and desktop software design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in an agile environment

• Design user interfaces for B2B SaaS products and desktop applications. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Conduct user research and usability testing for better design decisions.
• Collaborate with product manager, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and constraints.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.

• Front-End Development Knowledge:
  Familiarity with latest frontend technologies to better collaborate with developers and implement design concepts.
• Graphic Design Proficiency:
  Strong visual design skills with an understanding of typography, color theory, and branding.
• Design Thinking:
  Familiarity with design thinking principles and methodologies to drive innovative solutions.
• Experience with A/B Testing:
  Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies to validate design choices and optimize user experiences.
