**** The Context
** We are looking for an experienced and highly autonomous
** Senior IT Engineer
** to join our AI, IT & Transformation team. In the context of international growth (300+ employees - 3 offices: Paris, London, New York), you will take charge of the complete management of our Apple ecosystem and play a key role in the company's operational continuity.

You will be a member of the Corporate IT & Security department and report to our IT Manager. You will work in close collaboration with our Senior IT Engineer in the UK and with our IT Technician Apprentice for user support activities.

** Apple Ecosystem Management (core role)**
* ** Management of Apple France fleet** (~300 devices):
Mac Books, iPhones, iPads, Apple TV
* ** Advanced administration of Kandji MDM**
* ** Management and operational maintenance of our DNS Proxy**:
Cloudflare Zero Trust
* ** Update campaigns
** and security policy deployment (CIS Level
1)
* ** Hardware inventory management
** and complete equipment lifecycle###
** Support & Operations (core role)**
* ** Level 2 support
** for complex technical issues
* ** IT onboarding

* ** Daily equipment provisioning**
