• Monitor, analyze, and validate data across multiple platforms to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies.

• Develop and implement data quality control processes and standards.

• Collaborate with IT, business teams, and other stakeholders to enhance data collection and management processes.

• Generate reports highlighting data quality trends, issues, and corrective actions.

• Assist in creating and maintaining data documentation, metadata, and dashboards.

• Participate in data cleansing projects to ensure ongoing data reliability.

• Recommend improvements to data management systems and workflows.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of data management concepts and best practices.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and data validation tools.

• Familiarity with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, data quality assurance, or a similar role preferred.

• Experience in remote or work-from-home environments is advantageous.

• Flexible work-from-home schedule.

• Standard workweek:
  Monday to Friday, 8–9 hours per day.

• Occasional overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.

• Knowledge of data governance and compliance regulations.

• Capability to identify data trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
