We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to accelerate innovation for our Fortune Global 500 Oil & Gas clients through Data, Cloud and GenAI.

This fully remote position offers you the flexibility to work from any location in Turkey.

• Lead projects from kick‑off through go‑live and post‑production, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and clearly defined success criteria
• Manage the delivery process, including requirements, risks and the budget
• Oversee product quality, setting benchmarks and engaging the team to meet them
• Facilitate UAT / production deployments and manage releases
• Prepare the WBS and resource plans
• Act as the primary contact point for stakeholders, communicating project status, risks and progress
• Interface with clients daily, holding demos, training engineers and managing expectations
• Foster a collaborative, positive work environment, mentoring and coaching team members
• Establish governance models, manage virtual teams and resolve people management issues
• Implement organizational best practices on the projects
• Create project management and communication plans, escalation procedures, change & risk management, as well as Agile ceremonies

• 7+ years of experience in team/project leadership
• Expertise in delivering enterprise solutions, with at least five successful commercial projects
• Knowledge of the full product development cycle, from pre‑sales to post‑production support
• Confidence to lead a team of 50+ members, including people management
• Background in setting up Dev, QA, and BA processes on projects
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, SAFe, and Kanban
• Use of GenAI for team productivity evaluation and decision‑making
• Proven experience in the Oil & Gas domain, specifically in Digital, Data, or Cloud projects, gained through at least one of the following: experience as an architect in this domain; experience as a business analyst, system analyst, or product manager in this domain; direct experience working within the Oil & Gas industry
• Emotional intelligence with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Cultural awareness and openness to diversity
• Fluency in English and Turkish languages

• Familiarity with environmental landscapes, sizing calculations and delivering techniques
