Role Overview :

As a Project Manager within  Group's PMO, you'll play a key role in launching and scaling new products and business initiatives in emerging markets. You will partner closely with the Business Owners and cross-functional teams across Commercial, Engineering, Marketing, Compliance, Finance, and Operations to bring innovative programs from concept to market.

This role is both strategic and hands-on - you'll drive planning, execution, and delivery of complex initiatives that shape the company's future growth. The ideal candidate combines a strong project management background with commercial awareness, the ability to work across global teams, and a passion for building new capabilities from the ground up.

This is a high-visibility position that serves as the connective tissue between strategy and execution - ensuring our product and market launches deliver measurable results and lasting business impact.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in project or program management within fintech, digital, or technology-driven businesses.

* Experience leading cross-functional launches or expansion programs

* Experience marketing a new product launch

* Strong communication, organization, and delivery skills in fast-paced, evolving environments.

* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.

* PMP or Agile certification preferred.
