We are seeking an experienced Lead Pega Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega-based solutions for government survey programs. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with federal standards, and delivering high-quality applications that streamline survey processes.

Job Location:

Remote work is authorized . Must support US Eastern time zone working hours .

What You Will Do:

* Lead the design and development of Pega applications for survey management and data collection
* Translate business requirements into scalable Pega solutions aligned with government standards
* Oversee application architecture, integration, and performance optimization.
* Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and project managers to ensure timely delivery
* Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices in Pega development.
* Support deployment, troubleshooting, and enhancements in production environments
* Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and data privacy regulations What You Will Bring With You:
* US Citizenship required by the government client
* Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
* Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.
* Candidate must have lived in the U.S. for three (3) full years out of the last five (5) years
* High school degree with at least 10 years in a leadership or technical lead role
* 6+ years of experience with Pega PRPC, including system architecture, design, and development What We Would Like You To Bring With You:
* Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or higher
* Strong understanding of Pega PRPC architecture, case management, and integration
* Familiarity with Dev Ops tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Maven) in a Pega context.
* Knowledge of cloud-based deployments (e.g., Pega Cloud, AWS, Azure)
* Exposure to Java, RDBMS, or other complementary technologies
* Experience working on a project using the Scaled Agile Framework
* Experience in a software development team building modern software products.
* Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices
* Experience working in large enterprise environments or on government contracts
* Docker experience and/or an understanding of containerization Professional
