Our organization is seeking a skilled and motivated Network Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. This intermediate-level position plays a crucial role in maintaining, optimizing, and securing our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in network administration, including hands‑on experience with LAN, WLAN, SD‑WAN, network security, cloud and a passion for keeping up with the latest developments in the field.

As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of our network infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, performance, and security. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse set of technologies and contributes to the continuous improvement of our network systems.

• Manage and maintain our core and site network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and other network devices
• Design, implement, and optimize network topologies to meet organizational needs
• Manage and optimize our SD‑WAN infrastructure, ensuring efficient and reliable connectivity across all sites
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement solutions to ensure network availability and optimal performance
• Develop, implement and maintain network standards

• Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our WiFi infrastructure
• Conduct site surveys and implement changes to improve wireless coverage and performance

• Manage and configure firewalls, including Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) advanced features.
• Implement and maintain Zero-Trust Infrastructure, including Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions
• Configure and manage remote access technologies to ensure secure connectivity for remote workers

• Configure and maintain load balancers to optimize application performance and availability
• Implement traffic management policies to ensure efficient use of network resources

• Implement and manage performance and health monitoring solutions for network devices and services
• Develop and execute network device patch management processes to maintain security and stability
• Conduct regular network audits and implement improvements based on findings

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of network configurations, topologies, and processes
• Contribute to the development and refinement of network-related policies and procedures

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in network administration, with a focus on enterprise environments
• Strong hands‑on experience with SD‑WAN technologies and implementation
• Solid understanding of networking protocols and technologies (BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP, VLANs, LACP, NAT, VPNs, etc.)
• Solid understanding of different physical network solutions (copper, fiber, radio, cellular, satellite, etc.)
• Hands‑on experience with network security technologies, including firewalls, IPS/IDS, WAF and SASE
• Familiarity with zero‑trust principles and implementation in network environments
• Experience with wireless network technologies and best practices
• Knowledge of load balancing concepts and technologies
• Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working as a team player

• Experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet, Zscaler, Cisco, and Aruba networking technologies
• Familiarity with cloud networking concepts (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of automation and scripting for network management (e.g., Python, Ansible)
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE)
• Experience with network virtualization technologies
