* Design and direct the technology strategy for a new class of AI solutions that serve customer-facing human-in-the-loop applications.
* Innovate new ways of building and evaluating verifiable agents for expert systems.
* Enable knowledge workflows and task specific model customization at scale
* Research and evaluate emerging technology to advance application development
* Ensure solution development follows best practices and scientific principles
* Continuously improve ways of working with partners across product and engineering

About You:

You’re a fit for the role of Principal Scientist if you have the following required qualifications:
* PhD in a relevant discipline or Master’s with comparable experience
* 7+ years hands-on building AI systems for commercial applications
* 5+ years of technical leadership experience working with high performing teams.
* Expertise in cloud platforms for large-scale AI workloads and infrastructure.
* Knowledge of model development and model governance best practices.
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively and align AI architecture with business needs
* Highly motivated to design innovative solutions with large language models#LI-AB3
